ORDERS & DELIVERY
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Delivery to UK addresses typically takes 5–10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Is delivery free?
Yes — free tracked delivery is included on every order to UK addresses. No minimum spend required.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at support@wynnandcole.com.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change contact us at support@wynnandcole.com within 12 hours and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not happy with your watch for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund.
How do I return an item?
Email us at support@wynnandcole.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 2 business days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
PRODUCT & WARRANTY
Are your watches water resistant?
Water resistance varies by model and is listed on each product page. As a general rule, our watches are suitable for everyday splashes and light rain, but should not be submerged or worn swimming unless stated otherwise.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes — every Wynn & Cole watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. See our full Warranty Policy for details.
Do the watches come with a battery?
Yes, all watches arrive with a battery fitted and ready to wear. Battery life varies by movement but typically lasts 2–3 years under normal use.
Can I replace the strap?
Most of our watches use standard lug widths, making strap replacement straightforward. The lug width is listed on each product page. Any watchmaker or jeweller can replace the strap for you.
